Flanken (Korean Style) Ribs $12/lb
These are our short ribs cut about 1/2" thick, perpendicular to the bone. Whereas Korean Ribs are usually less than 1/4" thick, these are about 1/2" so take well to braising, slow cooking, or par-cooking prior to grilling.
